After visiting Hawaii once over a decade ago, I got bit by the Orchid bug. The colorful, in your face botanicals reflect how obsessed I was with orchids - I became hyper fixated. The patterns are digitally hand-drawn & created from my own reference images.

I loved practicing my line work, color blocking & finessing the final iterations. Still have plenty to learn!

Each bookmark was individually created, then scanned, & printed, in color, on satin/matte cardstock.
These bookmarks on drawn on recycled paper scraps from the print shop. The finished size is 2x6". Available for Purchase here.
Most of these bookmarks are double-sided, with the fronts & backs shown next to eachother in the mock ups, except the Minimalist bookmarks- the orange, red snail, avocado, magical books- which all have a blank back.
Practicing color blocking for digital portraiture
Using stock artwork, I Digitally doodled, illustrated & collaged together existing photos to create custom illustrations for an online course to teach kids about the magic of Poetry.
As practice for Digital Portrait drawing, one season I offered my audience commissions as gifts for themselves, friends or family.
