The Mouth of Chi

The front door to your space is the Mouth of Chi

Chi means energy, so the front door is called the “Mouth of Chi” because it’s where new, fresh energy enters into your home.

This is especially true when you actually use your front door, as designed, as the main entrance to your house, which is encouraged in Taoist feng shui.

Having a clean, clear, neatly organized front door allows new energy & ergo new opportunities to flow into your life.

If new opportunities have been stagnant for you, try cleaning the front door of your home inside & out.

Make sure to visualize the types of opportunities you want coming in, & clean with grateful, positive energy. What you put in to cleaning is just as important as what you get out of it.

You can use your human design to tweak this approach:

  • Manifestors, inform your audience of the types of opportunities you’re seeking & then reach out to introduce yourself to someone who can support you reaching your goals.

  • Mani-gens & Generators, after cleaning, wait for opportunities to respond to, then inform or act as needed once you have those sacral hits (emotionally cycle where required!)

  • Projectors, having an idea of what kind of invitations you want before you clean can be helpful. After cleaning, immediately go do something fun, restful or nourishing.

  • Reflectors, be patient. Identify how you want to feel & tap into this essence while cleaning. Wait as long as you can, ideally a full month, before making any new, drastic decisions.
